1. What are the requirements to join the Stay Active Club?
Anyone can join the Stay Active Club; the only requirement to sign up for this exciting program is to have an active Tracfone service and a valid credit card or checking account number.
Note: The bonus program requires a Digital Phone.

2. How do I sign up for the Stay Active Club programs?
Just visit our website at www.tracfone.com and enroll in the program that best suits your needs or you can call 1-800-867-7183 and choose Option 7, If you don't have a touch-tone phone you can call our 1-800 number and speak to a Customer service representative who can sign you up for the program that you are interested in.

3. What payment options do I have?
You can enroll in any of these programs just by providing us with a checking account or a major Credit Card number.

4. When will my first automatic monthly payment occur?
The day you register for the Auto-pay program, or the Bonus program will become your enrollment date. You will be charged on the day of enrollment. Future payments will occur every month on the same day for as long as you are registered on either Auto-pay or the Bonus programs. For example, you register on June 5th…You will be charged on June 5th and then on the 5th of every month going forward. For the Deactivation Protection program you will be charged on the day of enrollment and only charged again the day after the card due date in our system. Once the deactivation protection program is activated, you will continue to be charged every 30 days until you redeem an airtime card. This protects your phone from not being deactivated by TracFone.

5. My Tracfone display shows my Due Date to be past due, what should I do?
If you are enrolled in the Auto-pay program, the Bonus program or the Deactivation Protection program and you have not redeemed any airtime cards, your due date reflected on your Tracfone display will be the one of your last redeemed airtime card. Once you buy and redeem an airtime card your due date will be updated accordingly. Once on any of the Auto-Pay, Bonus Program, or Deactivation Protection, the card due date on your phone will not trigger TracFone to Deactivate your service.

6. Can I cancel or change the program I am currently enrolled under?
YES, you can cancel the program anytime you like. In order to change the program you are enrolled in you have to first de-enroll, and then re-enroll your account under the new program. Log into your account at www.tracfone.com or you can call 1-800-867-7183, choose option 7 to access your account and make the necessary changes.

7. Are there any additional costs associated with these programs?
The Auto-Pay & Bonus program monthly payment covers 30 days of service. There are no additional costs unless you want to purchase airtime. As with any of TracFone's services, you can buy airtime when you want to, once a week, once a month, or even once a year. In the Deactivation Protection program, there is an enrollment fee. After enrollment, no other payments are required unless you forget to purchase and redeem airtime before the card due date in our system.

8. What programs are being offered and how do they work?
Tracfone offers a program for each level of user.
  • Email reminder: By signing up for this free service, you will receive convenient emails reminding you of your card due date. In addition you will also receive emails informing you of special offers.

  • Deactivation Protection: By signing up for this program, TracFone will automatically extend your service with an additional 30 days only if you forget your airtime cards due date. This program allows you to enjoy continuous TracFone service for as long as you are on this program.

  • Auto-pay: This program allows you to keep your TracFone service active without having to buy airtime.

  • Bonus Program: Now you can enjoy continues service and also double your minutes anytime you redeem an airtime card. Yes, while on this program, TracFone will double your minutes anytime you redeem an airtime card. Redeem a 60 minutes card and receive an additional 60 minutes for a total of 120 minutes. This program allows you to enjoy the lowest rate on prepaid minutes in the US. You can enjoy continuous Tracfone service for as long as you are on the program. And best of all you can enjoy double the minutes redeemed. All this for only $14.99 a month.

  • Annual Plan: Enjoy 365 days of continuous active service and 150 anytime minutes.

9. Can I have more than one phone enrolled?
YES, you can enroll as many Tracfone phones as you want. Each Tracfone will need to be registered individually.

10. What if I want to change my personal information?
Login to your "Stay Active Club" account and choose the account maintenance option. You will be able to change your address, email, home phone and other personal information. You can also access your account by calling 1-800-867-7183 and make changes to your account.

11. How long will Tracfone charge me?
For as long as you are part of the programs that has a monthly fee, Tracfone Wireless Inc. will charge you every month until we receive a cancellation confirmation that the account has been successfully de-enrolled from any of the programs.

12. Will my checking account information be secure and private if I enroll in the Stay Active Club?
Yes. We will maintain the same level of security and privacy for your checking account information that we do for your credit card account information. Please see our Privacy Policy

13. Can I cancel at anytime?
Yes, you can cancel any of your Stay Active Club Services anytime you like. Just log onto our website at www.tracfone.com or call 1-800-867-7183 to access your account and make the necessary changes.
